Summary

Presentation given at Juritic on 25 May 2012 on domain name disputes. It sets out the usual reasons for wanting to recover a domain name, such as a holder forgetting to renew it or a new trade mark, then compares the administrative procedures available, namely UDRP, CEPANI for .be names and ADR.eu for .eu names, with court proceedings, and gives guidance on choosing the right procedure.
