Foreign law firms, patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys instruct us when their clients need to act in Belgium: descriptive seizures, customs measures against counterfeit goods, interim and merits proceedings before the Belgian courts, proceedings before the Unified Patent Court, and filings and oppositions before the BOIP.

We work in English, French and Dutch, and report to you at each step.

IP support for transactions

Corporate law firms, investment funds and companies call on us for the intellectual property side of a transaction: IP due diligence, review of IP portfolios and licences, and the IP clauses of the transaction documents.

How we work

After a conflict of interest check, a first call of up to 30 minutes by video call is free. Fees are agreed in advance: a fixed fee for defined tasks, otherwise an hourly rate. See our fees.
