Clear terms before any work starts, and a free first consultation to get to know each other.
Free first consultation
After a conflict of interest check, the first consultation is free, for up to 30 minutes. It takes place by video call and is used to review your situation and the next steps. It does not include written advice.
Fixed fees
When the task is well defined, we work for a fixed fee agreed in advance. This is the case, for example, for filing or renewing a Benelux, European Union or international trade mark or design.
Hourly rates
For disputes, negotiations and advice whose scope cannot be set in advance, we work at an hourly rate.
IP prediagnostic funded by IPObel
Companies with a registered office in Belgium may also use the IP prediagnostic service funded by the Belgian Intellectual Property Office (IPObel): a review of their intellectual property, free of charge for the company. Hakim Haouideg is a recognised expert for this service. Under its rules, the company may not have had a contract with the expert's firm in the 6 months before, nor enter into one in the 6 months after the service.
