About H Law
H Law is a Belgian boutique firm based in Brussels, focused on intellectual property and technology law. We bring more than 20 years of experience, gained as an in-house lawyer and as a partner in an international law firm, with the flexibility and personal attention of a niche firm. We act for a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinationals, in litigation as well as in advisory and transactional work.
Hakim Haouideg advises and represents clients in contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, trade secrets and technology.
His practice combines litigation before the Belgian and EU courts with transactional and advisory work: technology transfer, software licensing, consulting and outsourcing agreements. Before founding H Law, he was a partner for 13 years in an international law firm.
He is a recognised expert of the Belgian Intellectual Property Office (IPObel) for its IP prediagnostic service.
He works in French, English and Dutch.
