Summary
Training in English given at ICHEC on 26 April 2022 introducing intellectual property law. It presents intellectual property as a legal right to prevent the copying or imitation of an intellectual creation, limited in time or scope and mostly national. It then reviews trade marks, domain names, copyright with open source and Creative Commons licences, patents, designs and database rights, before turning to the contractual, procedural and tax aspects.
