Presentation given at a conference on 14 December 2017 on intellectual property rights and abuse. It presents the internal limits of intellectual property law, competition law with the prohibition of restrictive agreements and of abuse of a dominant position, and the general theory of abuse of rights. The presentation led to the book chapter published by Larcier in 2018.
