Summary

Presentation given at an IP seminar on 19 June 2014 on new questions raised by new technologies. It covers downloading from illegal sources after ACI Adam (C-435/12), communication to the public through streaming and hyperlinks, keyword advertising in the light of the CJEU’s AdWords case law, and the protection of databases against meta search engines (C-202/12).
