Hakim Haouideg is a Belgian-qualified lawyer specialising in intellectual property and technology law. He advises and represents clients in contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, trade secrets and technology-driven activities.

His practice combines high-stakes litigation before the Belgian and EU courts with transactional and advisory work, including technology transfer, software licensing, consulting and outsourcing agreements. He regularly assists clients operating in IP‑intensive and highly regulated sectors such as telecommunications, life sciences, media, high‑tech, consumer products and energy.

Prior to founding Hlaw, Hakim was a partner for 15+ years in an international law firm.
